Q: Why are you closing?  
A: Graton Resort & Casino has voluntarily closed in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. Concern about the safety of our guests and Team Members prompted this decision as the most responsible course of action.

Q: How will I know when you re-open?
A: Throughout this closure we will continue to keep our valued guests updated on what is happening here at Graton Resort & Casino. When a reopening date has been determined we will provide information via our website, email and social media.

Q: What if my slot machine cash out voucher expires while Graton Resort & Casino is temporarily closed?
A: Graton Resort & Casino will honor all cash out vouchers with expiration dates affected by this closure.

Q: Are your casino promotions & events all cancelled?
A: All casino promotions & events scheduled during this temporary closure period are cancelled. We look forward to offering even more exciting offers and promotions when we reopen. 

Q: What happens to my Graton Rewards player card while you’re closed?
A: Your Graton Rewards player card will remain active and your tier status will be maintained. All Graton Rewards point balances will be kept in your account.

Q: What happens to my offers while you’re closed?  Will I get new offers once you’re open again?
A: Once Graton Resort & Casino resumes operations you will continue to receive offers and invitations.

Q: Is any part of the resort open for business?
A: No, the entire resort is closed.  This includes the casino, hotel, Spa & Salon, and all restaurants.
