Jessica has been with Graton since 2013. As a VIP Bartender, has been the creative force behind our new cocktail offerings and drink specials throughout the property. The Rohnert Park, California native (Sonoma County), Jessica elevates Graton’s on-property beverage offerings as well as continues to conduct and lead their Bartending School, training and further developing all current and new team members in food and beverage knowledge and service. Jessica recently shared some delicious, refreshing and awe-inspiring beverages for the “Big Game”.
