Beverage Operations
The department focuses on delivering efficient service, maintaining high hospitality standards, and ensuring strict compliance with alcohol safety and gaming regulations. The team also conducts regular audits and monthly inventory of all spirits, beers, wine and supplies to manage costs and prevent shortages or waste.
Safety & Security Operations
The team is stationed throughout the property and is responsible for the physical well-being of every guest and team member on the property. They are the first responders to disturbances on property. Many Security Officers have training in CPR, first aid, and the use of AEDs, acting as the first line of medical response until EMTs arrive.
