The Player Portal is accessible at the upper-right corner of our website. From here, you can view your current Card Tier Level, Tier Credit progress, and exclusive offers.

Available for both Apple and Android users, the Graton App also includes Player Portal information and so much more. For our Rewards Members, the Graton App is a hub that allows you to connect our new features together for a streamlined gaming experience, so you can game faster and longer.

Once you’ve logged into the Graton App with your Rewards Card number and PIN, you’ll notice many different options available to you, including Cardless Connect, located above the bottom menu.
