Thanksgiving & Christmas Menu – 630 Park Steakhouse
On Thanksgiving, 630 Park will be serving a traditional and perfectly tender herb roasted turkey breast accompanied by cornbread stuffing, sweet-candied yams, Yukon gold mashed potatoes, and brown sugar glazed baby carrots. Giblet sage gravy and cranberry relish will be available as well to place atop any menu item. For dessert, our team has opted for a Pumpkin Crème Brulée in place of your usual pumpkin pie.
For their Christmas Menu, 630 Park has selected a Cabernet Wine Braised Bone in Short Rib for their signature entrée. Seasoned and cooked with fresh bay leaves, diced onions, and chopped parsley, these savory short ribs will be served alongside a sweet Butternut Squash Puree, and crisped, caramelized brussels sprouts. For Dessert, visitors can indulge in an order of Chocolate Peppermint Pot De Crème which is a velvety soft, creamy custard with rich notes of chocolate.
Thanksgiving & Christmas Menu – Tony’s of North Beach
At Tony’s, you’ll find a slightly different approach as they’ve decided to prepare Pumpkin Tortelonni with slow cooked Duck Confit. Sage brown butter sauce and Parmigiano-Reggiano accompany this dish to offer flavor complexity and to supply our guests with a touch of cheesy goodness.
For Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Tony’s will be serving Slow Braised Osso Bucco, or seared veil shanks that have been tastefully seasoned and cooked in a dry white wine with diced onions, celery, carrots and garlic. Accompanying the Osso Bucco will be a side of Saffron Risotto. Visitors can cap their meal off with a Double Chocolate Budino for dessert, coated in caramelized sugar and served with a hazelnut biscotti.
Holiday Drink Specials
Our bars and lounges on property are getting into the spirit too, with a couple handcrafted holiday cocktail specials! These drinks will be available soon, so make sure to stop by for a sip when they drop.
The Pumpkin Alexander is the perfect cocktail to match your fall energy. Get it from November 24 through January 1.
Ingredients: Brandy, pumpkin liqueur, kahlua, cinnamon simple syrup, pumpkin puree, whipped cream, pumpkin spice, cinnamon stick
Holiday Champagne Cocktail
From putting up the tree to ringing in the new year, our Holiday Champagne Cocktail will have you feeling merry for any occasion. Order starting December 1 through January 1.
Ingredients: Gin, pomegranate liqueur, pomegranate puree, cranberry orange simple syrup, cranberries, champagne
