INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use the Graton Resort & Casino mobile application, we track and collect certain information that includes personal information (information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your account) and other information that does not identify you.
Information you may provide:
- Your player ID number, phone number, email address or other account identifiers, to support account-specific functionality.
Information we may collect automatically:
- Your operating system and device type/model, device identifiers and online identifiers (for example, IP address, device ID, advertising ID, or similar identifiers), which may be used for security, analytics, and to deliver and measure communications.
- App usage information and performance data (for example, crash logs and diagnostic data), to analyze and improve our services.
- Location information, which may include precise geolocation (if you enable location permissions), and location information when the app is closed or not in use (only if you grant “Always”/background location permission), to deliver location-based offers, support on-property features, and detect and help prevent fraud or misuse.
- Push notification token and related information (if you enable push notifications), to deliver communications or marketing offers.
- Bluetooth status and nearby-device identifiers to support on-property features such as mobile room keys, device connections, and cardless gaming experiences. Bluetooth data is not used for tracking or marketing purposes.
We may combine information collected within the application with any data we have collected about you using our offline resources including but not limited to players club accounts, surveys, guest comments, and market research, in order to provide the best experience. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
The primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you, the user, with a customized experience with the mobile application. We do this to better understand and serve our customers. By knowing a little about you, Graton Resort & Casino is able to deliver more relevant offers and content, and hence better service, to you. This includes personalized services, interactive communications, loyalty account information, promotions, offer eligibility, and many other types of services.
We do not sell your personal information. When you are using the Graton Resort & Casino mobile application and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with Graton Resort & Casino and our mobile application provider unless specifically stated otherwise. We may also share information with service providers that help us operate the app and provide services on our behalf (for example, hosting, customer support, analytics, communications delivery, fraud prevention, or partner services). YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
You have the following choices regarding information collected through the mobile application:
- Location: You can allow or deny location access and can disable precise and/or background (“Always”) location access in your device settings. If you disable location, certain location-based features may not function.
- Push Notifications: You can opt in or out of push notifications in your device settings.
- Bluetooth: You can enable or disable Bluetooth access in your device settings. If you disable Bluetooth, certain on-property features (such as connecting to supported devices, including slot machines) may not function.
- Marketing: You can opt out of marketing emails/SMS (if offered) by following the instructions in those messages.
- Access/Deletion Requests: You may request access to or deletion of certain information by contacting us as described below.
DATA SECURITY
We take every reasonable precaution to keep your personal information secure. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. Nevertheless, when disclosing any personal information, you should remain mindful that there is an inherent risk in the use of mobile applications and the internet.
Your information may be intercepted without our consent and could potentially be collected illegally and used by others without your consent. We cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose, and you do so at your own risk.

Our mobile application may provide links to websites or other external resources. We do not endorse the materials disseminated at other websites or sources outside our mobile app. We are not responsible for the content, validity, privacy policies or reliability of any website linked to our site. The information practices of those Web sites or services linked to the Graton Resort & Casino app or site are not covered by this privacy statement.
PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21
Pursuant to applicable law, persons under the age of 21 are not permitted to gamble at our casinos, loiter in gaming areas or consume alcoholic beverages. Similarly, our mobile application is not directed to or intended for persons under the age of 21. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) applies to the online collection of personal information from children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Graton Resort & Casino does not knowingly collect personal information through the app from persons under 21. If we become aware of such information, steps will be taken to remove it.
