How was my NEW tier status determined?
Your New tier status was determined based on your 2022 Play while using your Graton Rewards Card.

Where can I get a new Card Or Find out my status?
You can visit the Rewards Center, or use our NEW Rewards Loyalty Kiosks to get your new card. You can also check your Rewards status at any of our Promotional Kiosks.

What will happen to my points?
Your points have not changed. Your tier credit balance now reflects the tier credits you have earned since the first of the year.

Will my old card still work?
Yes, your old card will still work, however you will not be able to access any of the new Tier Benefits until you get a new Graton Rewards Card which you can do by visiting the Rewards Center or one of our NEW Rewards Loyalty Kiosks.

How do I become a Graton Rewards Member?
Signing up for our Graton Rewards Program is free and taking advantage of it is easy. Stop by our Rewards Center to sign up for a rewards card or visit our NEW Rewards Kiosk to sign up. All guests must be at least 21 years of age to qualify for a Rewards Card, with a valid form of ID.
